At the 2nd Global Forum on International Investment, the Ministry of
Commerce claimed that China will improve its efforts to attract foreign
investments in high tech industries and service trades. This move aims to
promote the adjustment of China's economic growth pattern, accelerate
industrial upgrades, and strive to realize further development when
participating in economic globalization.
