IAEA to report Iran to UN Security Council

International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director-General Mohamed
ElBaradei (L) and the chairman of the board of governors, Yukiya Amano,

watchdog's Vienna headquarters February 4, 2006. The board of governors
voted on Saturday to report Iran to the U.N. Security Council over
concerns Tehran is secretly seeking atomic weapons, a diplomat
