First let me thank you for your time and trouble in arranging our trip to
China dnd Tibet. It was well organized and very professional. Whenever we
had a question or a small or large problem, you handled it with speed and
understanding.

They were minor inconveniences in an exciting, informatiove and
delightful trip to a very progressive and important country in our world.
That is the arrival and departures from the Airport or Train: The clients
are very tired after long journeys. The distance from the car and street
at the airports or train station is much too far. Please try and have the
cars pick up the passengers at the curbside at the airport and train
station. There were very long walks, carrying or pulling luggage at all
transportation destinations. Please accept this criticism as constructive.
